Mastercoat MCT101 Thinner is the reducer that's compatible with all of The Master Series Coating Line’s urethane products. If you are spraying the Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer, Mastercoat Chassis Black Finish Coating, or Mastercoat AG111 Ultimate Chassis Finish, this is the recommended reducer. This reducer is also compatible with Mastercoat Inner Panel & Inner Frame Rust Inhibitor. Even if you are brushing the urethane products, it's great for cleanup. If your recoat time falls outside of the 48 hour window for any of the Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealers, you can wipe down your last coat with MCT101 Thinner to bring back adhesion instead of scuffing. Available in quart containers. One quart is recommended per gallon of coating. We do not carry thinner in containers smaller than a quart.
HOW MUCH MCT101 THINNER DO I NEED TO ORDER? Ordinarily it is one quart of thinner to four quarts of paint (permanent rust sealer, AG111, chassis black). So if you order 4 quarts of the aforementioned products or less (one, two, or three), one quart of MCT101 thinner should be sufficient. NOTE: If MCT101 is unavailable, medium urethane reducer can also be used.

WEAR GLOVES AND FACE COVERING WHEN USING MASTERCOAT PRODUCTS. A charcoal respirator is recommended when brushing and an air supplied mask is recommended when spraying rust sealers and topcoats. Proper ventilation is required for all products.
DO NOT LET RUST SEALER AND TOPCOAT PRODUCTS DRY IN YOUR PAINT GUN. Always clean immediately with urethane reducer (MCT101) or lacquer thinner. (DO NOT use lacquer thinner as a reducer for any of our products).

COVERAGE ESTIMATES: Coverage estimates for application per vehicle may vary for different vehicles and different applications. Square footage coverage per container are approximate. It is the responsibility of the customer to know how many square feet of area to be coated, to account for factors which may require additional product, and to calculate amount needed for amount of coats required. Estimates given by us do not take into account thickness of coats applied, reduction, coverage gaps resulting from parts A&B not being combined throughly, product waste, or other situations that are on the part of the user and beyond our control. If Mastercoat LLC’s estimate, whether stated on our website, labels, literature, or in communication by phone or email falls short, no compensation will be given. If this estimate results in extra product that is not needed, we accept returns on returnable items according to our return policies and do not refund or pay shipping. Product estimates given by Mastercoat LLC are to the best of our ability, and responsibility for correct amount of product purchased lies solely with the customer.
