A combination of some of the most powerful coatings on earth! This kit is the best protection for the best value and it includes the essential products needed for ultimate rust and corrosion protection (Metal Prep is optional and sold separately). It contains some of the best products from The Master Series Coating Line for your chassis. Unlike the chassis paint kits our competitors are offering, the rust sealer is a QUART, not pint! And now the AG111 is a PREMEASURED QUART quantity! Also included is a QUART of MCT101 thinner. Our kit contains one quart of original or sprayable SLIM (you choose) Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer, one quart set (A+B) of AG111™ Ultimate Topcoat in satin black or gloss black (includes hardener to equal one quart and a half) and one quart of MCT101 urethane reducer. Clean your surface as well as possible, apply two coats of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer, and one coat of Mastercoat AG111™, two only if necessary.* Reduce with MCT101 very sparingly if needed, if using a spray gun or use it for cleanup. One kit is ordinarily enough to cover an entire rolling chassis of an average sized modern sedan with 2 coats of rust sealer and one coat of AG111. For a pickup truck, SUV, etc. (anything larger than an average modern sedan), an additional quart of rust sealer is recommended. Coat your chassis once and never coat it again. This deal is one of the best deals we have going!
*For more than two coats of rust sealer, or more than one coat of AG111, purchase of more material respectively may be required.
🚨 PLEASE NOTE, MASTERCOAT IS A RUST PREVENTATIVE SYSTEM. Prepare the surface by sandblasting, or with wire wheels and grinders. If the surface has paint on it, remove as much as possible and scuff up any tightly adhering paint. Clean contaminants on the surface with mineral spirits. Use Metal Prep or another phosphoric acid based metal prep (optional) on surfaces which have NOT been painted, apply two coats of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer Original or Slim, and 1-2 coats of Mastercoat AG111*, Mastercoat Black Chassis Finish, or your own topcoat. Extra quart of AG111 may be required for more than one coat. Not adhering to this system may not achieve the desired results.

Shelf life: one year on unopened cans. Opening the containers drastically reduces shelf life.

WEAR GLOVES AND FACE COVERING WHEN USING MASTERCOAT PRODUCTS. A charcoal respirator is recommended when brushing and an air supplied mask is recommended when spraying rust sealers and topcoats. Proper ventilation is required for all products.
DO NOT LET RUST SEALER AND TOPCOAT PRODUCTS DRY IN YOUR PAINT GUN. Always clean immediately with urethane reducer (MCT101) or lacquer thinner. (DO NOT use lacquer thinner as a reducer for any of our products).

COVERAGE ESTIMATES: Coverage estimates for application per vehicle may vary for different vehicles and different applications. Square footage coverage per container are approximate. It is the responsibility of the customer to know how many square feet of area to be coated, to account for factors which may require additional product, and to calculate amount needed for amount of coats required. Estimates given by us do not take into account thickness of coats applied, reduction, coverage gaps resulting from parts A&B not being combined throughly, product waste, or other situations that are on the part of the user and beyond our control. If Mastercoat LLC’s estimate, whether stated on our website, labels, literature, or in communication by phone or email falls short, no compensation will be given. If this estimate results in extra product that is not needed, we accept returns on returnable items according to our return policies and do not refund or pay shipping. Product estimates given by Mastercoat LLC are to the best of our ability, and responsibility for correct amount of product purchased lies solely with the customer.
