Please understand this happens to nearly every product that goes viral due to an influencer--even for very large well-known companies. We restock approximately every 1-2 weeks and are working as fast as we can to restock.
• WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS, NOT A LARGE CORPORATION. We have already nearly quadrupled production due to high demand and it is not feasible at this time to increase it further. This product is made here in the USA and cannot be mass produced without entirely sacrificing quality. (Quality over quantity!). We assure you we are working tirelessly around the clock to bring you more of the products you love. While we appreciate your suggestions, please understand that we have very likely already considered them and they are not possible for a small family business dealing in this material type.
• NO PREORDER/BACKORDER. These moisture cured materials are very delicate to produce, therefore we can only produce a limited number of quarts per batch due to risk of failure. Due to the limited number of quarts possible to safely produce per batch, pre-order/backorder is impossible at this time, as we want to ensure that we can keep our order fulfillment promises. Ordering will remain first come/first served. Despite what may be posted elsewhere, we are unable to make exceptions. We do not have waitlist. • SHIPPING/DISTRIBUTION OUTSIDE OF THE USA: Sorry, we do not have distributors or ship outside of the lower 48 states due to restrictions
