SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
• Mastercoat LLC is not responsible for incidents caused by the chosen package carrier. This includes but is not limited to loss, theft, and damage. Mastercoat LLC also does not guarantee delivery dates, as they are beyond our control. Mastercoat LLC is not responsible for packages with a tracking status of “in transit but arriving late” or other wording, other late packages due to carrier delays, and replacements will not be issued for items still in transit. If a package is delivered according to tracking but not present, we will open an investigation. This could take 2-3 business days to investigate and resolution will be determined on a case by case basis. This also applies to damage caused by carrier.
• By choosing USPS as a shipping method implies that you have read and understood that USPS experiences frequent delays and you are willing to wait 12 days or more for your package to be delivered in case of a delay. Mastercoat is not responsible for USPS delays and will not issue a replacement or refund of products unless package is confirmed by USPS to be lost in transit.
AVAILABILITY
• Availability of our products is subject to change without notice. To ensure freshness of our products, we manufacture small batches at a time and quantities are subject to run out at any time without notice. Please understand that when dealing with products that have a shelf life of this kind, there may be lead times. Mastercoat LLC shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising in connection with products which are out of stock or otherwise unavailable. Mastercoat LLC reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice to you or any other third party. We do not offer preorders online or by phone for items and availability is on a first come first served basis. We do not reserve items. We do not ship partial orders.

PRICING
• Prices of our products, on the website and by telephone and mail order, are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors on the site. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders received at the incorrect price.
