Due to the unique limitations associated with manufacturing this material type, preorder/backorder/waitlist is not possible. It is important for us to ensure that we can keep our order fulfillment promises. This product is made here in the USA and cannot be mass produced without entirely sacrificing quality, so obtaining inferior raw materials from overseas that are more available is not an option, nor is having these products manufactured overseas. (Quality over quantity!). Ordering will remain first come/first served on the website ONLY WHEN PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK. Please note we cannot manually notify by request when a product is back in stock; please sign up for email alerts on the product pages.
No, just the the opposite! We are a small family business dealing in a unique material that can only be made in small batches and conditions must be exactly right every time or else there is high risk of batch failure. In the past year or so, we've had more than one influencer make videos about Mastercoat products and perhaps that's even how you found us. Those videos are still very popular. We restock approximately every 2 weeks, but our products can sell out very fast. Some products can sell out in hours.
The best way to find out when our products will be back in stock is by signing up for email in stock alerts. There are also estimated dates indicating when a restock is tentatively expected to happen. If you go to the product pages, you'll see a date range. This means the restock is tentatively expected to happen on a yet to be determined date that falls in between this date range and will be available only while supplies last. We update as soon as we know there will a delay.
You must create an account on our website, be logged into the account, and then enter your email in the box on the page of the product you are interested in. Email alert subscription lasts 60 days to deter bots and server overload. If you wish to continue to receive email alerts, please resubscribe after 60 days. Email subscription does not guarantee purchase. We are not responsible if product runs out by the time email is read. Ordering is first come, first served. We do not have a wait list and cannot add email addresses manually for email alert sign up.
We do not release stock on weekends, holidays that we are closed, or overnight. When we release stock, it's typically anywhere between 9am-6pm EST and it is random to give everyone a more fair chance of purchasing.
