Yes. It is recommended to remove as much loose paint as you can if possible, and scuff up any remaining tightly adhered paint with sandpaper to ensure adhesion. Apply two coats of rust sealer and a topcoat as directed. Black chassis finish and AG111 can also adhere to existing paint prepped the same way, but we recommend using the rust sealer so rust doesn't eat through your paint job.
