A major advantage to our Mastercoat Chassis Kits (all kinds) is that besides doing 14,000 hours of salt spray, rust won't travel beyond a chip or scratch. When you assemble a chassis, you can't help it to scratch the coating around a bolt heads. The rest won't go beyond the damage.

Our chassis kits contain all the products you need to permanently coat and protect your chassis. We have customers that coated their chassis over 20 years ago and still look like the day they painted them, the reason being that the three coat polyurethane system is the most anti-corrosive anti-chemical system sold in the industrial coatings business. The basic chassis kit contains one quart of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer/Surfacer, one quart of AG111 topcoat and a quart can of MCT101 special solvent. The basic Mastercoat chassis kit is enough to do a chassis like on an average size vehicle. You can order the basic kit and add a quart the Mastercoat Metal Prep to make a deluxe Prep, Prime, and Paint Kit. Our Mastercoat Tru Cure Rust Remover & Converter is also available in addition to the kits as a prep. Metal Prep and Tru Cure products will remove any rust that grinders and wire wheels didn't get. Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer was developed for bridges where sandblasting was prohibited by law. Wire wheels and grinders were used to prep the bridge. The old rule still applies: the better the prep, the longer the service life of the system.

We also offer a Mastercoat Complete Truck Kit, which is two quarts or primer, a quart and 1/2 of AG111, thinner and 1/2 or gallon of Metal Prep. Our truck chassis kit is enough to do your average size pickup truck. Our Mastercoat chassis kits offer top of the line protection at an economical cost.
