Introducing our COMPLETE DELUXE chassis paint kit/DELUXE TRUCK KIT! Our standard kit, the Essential Chassis Kit, includes enough product to cover the chassis of an average sized car and provide the ultimate protection from road salt and rust. Our Complete Deluxe Kit/Truck Kit includes enough product to cover the chassis of vehicles ranging from a large sized pickup to a road tractor, or the chassis AND floorpans of an average sized vehicle (smaller than a large size pickup truck). This kit includes two quarts of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer in either Original or Sprayable Slim formula, A QUART AND A HALF* (pigmented A part plus B part hardener) of durable UV stable AG111™ in gloss black or satin black finish, one quart of MCT101 thinner (for reduction and cleanup) and your choice of one half gallon or gallon of our aggressive rust dissolving Metal Prep. NOTE: When choosing "Size Metal Prep", you are choosing size for METAL PREP ONLY. Rust Sealer is a QUART, and AG111™ is a quart and a half set. Each quart of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer covers 100 square feet approx and AG111 quart and a half set covers 180 square feet approx. Total this kit covers is 200 square feet approx. Half gallon Metal Prep is recommended for pickups and gallon is recommended for larger trucks.*AG11 in this kit is one full quart of pigmented A part and one full pint of hardener to equal a quart and a half quantity. We recommend mixing in disposable measuring cups. 6 HOUR POT LIFE. Do not mix entire contents if not required at once. Remove the required portion and mix at a 2:1 ratio.

One quart and a half quantity of AG111 black in satin or gloss finish (coating with hardener)
One quart MCT101 Thinner
Your choice of Metal Prep in half gallon or gallon. For pickup trucks, we recommend a half gallon and for larger trucks like dump trucks, we recommend a gallon.
Which Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer should I choose?
If you are BRUSHING it on, choose Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer ORIGINAL.
If you are spraying it through a gun or coating the inside of a gas tank, choose Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer SLIM.
All varieties of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer achieve the same long lasting results! The type you choose only depends on how you want to apply it.
PRO TIP: Purchased one type or the other and then changed your mind about how you want to apply it? No problem! Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer Original can be sprayed with 10% reduction with MCT101 Thinner or urethane reducer, and Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer Sprayable Slim can be brushed but goes on even better with a 4 inch foam roller.
DID YOU KNOW? Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer SLIM was our ORIGINAL "Original" formula for many years. This was our only formula of Permanent Rust Sealer for about 20 years and customers brushed, rolled, and sprayed it with great success.
A lot of companies use the term "rust preventive paint" very loosely. A rust preventive paint can be any kind of paint. Any type of paint will prevent rust, but for how long? There are many types of rust preventive paints, but Mastercoat rust preventive paint systems are the industrial coatings standard for long-term rust prevention.
AG111 use with other products: Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer is the recommended primer for underneath AG111. Other primers may be used, but results are not guaranteed. MCT101 is the thinner that should be used with AG111. However, any paint or primer can go over Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer.
NOTE: Surface must be completely moisture free before applying AG111 or blisters may occur. This means Mastercoat Metal Prep, Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer or other primer must be dry to the touch, NOT TACKY, before applying AG111.
Important: AG111 is only a rust preventative when used as part of a three coat system in conjunction with Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer as a primer.
NOTE ABOUT REDUCTION OF AG111: AG111 MUST ONLY BE REDUCED WITH MCT101 OR MEDIUM URETHANE REDUCER AT 10%. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING BRUSH MARKS, GRADUALLY ADD REDUCER UNTIL IT FLOWS OUT SMOOTHLY.
