Mastercoat® AG111 Ultimate Chassis Finish from The Master Series Coating Line is part of a rust preventative SYSTEM. When it comes to durability and chemical resistance, nothing compares to our UV stable and tough as nails The Master Series Coating Line’s AG111 Ultimate Finish Coating. Originally developed for the subway systems, "AG" stands for "anti-graffiti". AG111™ will take 14,000 hours of salt spray as a topcoat for Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer and 90 days immersion in acetone without softening, so that's why AG111™ is the toughest chassis paint you can get and the best in quality hands down. It's chemical resistant, chip resistant, and acid resistant. It also stands up to road salt like no other. Used over our Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer as a topcoat, no corrosion or chemical can touch your car's chassis. Can be applied with a brush, roller, and can be sprayed. AG111™ is a two part system and the price includes hardener. IMPORTANT NOTE: Each set is a PREMEASURED QUART QUANTITY. TWO CONTAINERS IN THE SET: EACH ARE 2/3 FILLED AND EQUAL A QUART WHEN COMBINED.
READ THIS SECTION BEFORE PURCHASING; IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT AG111 INSTRUCTIONS & USE: In order for Mastercoat products to work as expected, you must follow all instructions on labels and our user's guide. Recoat rust sealer and topcoat with AG111 only when rust sealer is dry to the touch. DO NOT RECOAT WHILE RUST SEALER IS TACKY. Do not follow instructions given by Google AI. These instructions are not based on Mastercoat's instructions and we are not responsible for results when these incorrect instructions are followed. We are able to determine whether instructions were properly followed by results. AG111 is already a topcoat and is not meant to be topcoated with any other paint. Use two coats of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer, one coat of AG111, OR your own topcoat. Do not use AG111 and then topcoat with another paint. Please note that Mastercoat AG111 is one part of a rust preventative system; the order in which the products in this system are used is 1.) Mastercoat Metal Prep (optional), 2.) two coats of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer, 3.) 1-2 coats of Mastercoat AG111, OR Mastercoat Chassis Black Finish, OR any paint or primer of your choosing as a topcoat.

One combined set covers approximately 120 square feet in one coat. Available in gloss black and satin black finish, and stock colors. Use AG111™ within two years of purchase. 6 hour pot life; do not mix the two parts if you won't be using the entire quantity at once. Take out only what you need at a 2:1 ratio.
NOTES ABOUT REDUCTION: Even if you are brushing, MCT101 is great for cleanup and also a solvent wipe if you miss the 48 hour adhesion window of Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer! Reduce by up to 10% to spray through a spray gun. You may also add up to 10% thinner if you are having difficulty getting it to brush out. Stir Part A thorougly, add Part B, and stir thorougly again to ensure even coverage. Add a second coat if needed.

Use Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer as a primer and AG111™ as a topcoat and nothing compares. One quart of each does an ENTIRE ROLLING CHASSIS (approx)!
AG111 is available in the colors on the color chart. White and clear are also available. AG111 Colors & Clear have always been considered special order, which means they are not stocked on a regular basis and we release what we have, when we have it, into stock less frequently than our main products. NOTE: Farmall Red is special order only. Color chart may not match actual product color exactly, as colors appear differently on a backlit screen.AG111™ clear comes in gloss only and is a good alternative to a custom color. Clear can go over virtually any other paint. Choose a paint in a color of your choice, apply to surface, and then apply AG111 clear over that paint to give it the chemical resistance and durability of AG111™.
Use with other products: Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer is the recommended primer for underneath AG111. Other primers may be used, but results are not guaranteed. MCT101 or medium urethane reducer should be used with AG111.
IMPORTANT: Surface must be completely moisture free before applying AG111 or blisters may occur. This means Mastercoat Metal Prep, Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer or other primer must be dry to the touch, NOT TACKY, before applying AG111.
Note about estimation of product for use: One quart covers 120 square feet in one coat. If you are unsure of how much you'll need for your project, you may call 1-800-833-8933 and we will give you an estimation to the best of our abilities, but we cannot be held responsible for estimations that may be inaccurate.
Important: AG111 is only a rust preventative when used as part of a three coat system in conjunction with Mastercoat Permanent Rust Sealer as a primer.

WARNING: DO NOT LET THIS PRODUCT DRY IN YOUR PAINT GUN. ALWAYS CLEAN IMMEDIATELY WITH URETHANE REDUCER OR LACQUER THINNER. (DO NOT USE LACQUER THINNER AS A REDUCER FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS). DO NOT PUT THIS PAINT ON A SHAKER TO MIX.
