Yes. It is best to apply the sound deadener as soon as the rust sealer is dry to the touch to ensure optimal adhesion.
No, this is not recommended.
No, it is not recommended. AG111 makes a great bedliner, so it's one or the other.
Yes. It is recommended to remove as much loose paint as you can if possible, and scuff up any remaining tightly adhered paint with sandpaper to ensure adhesion. Apply two coats of rust sealer and a topcoat as directed. Black chassis finish and AG111 can also adhere to existing paint prepped the same way, but we recommend using the rust sealer so rust doesn't eat through your paint job.
Yes. Metal prep is a very good step to take but not necessary in every application. It is highly recommended to use to dissolve surface rust, etch the surface, and ensure a toothy surface for adhesion for our permanent rust sealer. However the rust sealer will still adhere to surfaces that have been cleaned of oil and grease (use mineral spirits), and loose scale removed. If our metal prep is unavailable, other brands of metal prep can be used. We recommend phosphoric acid, preferably with zinc as an ingredient. Follow instructions of your brand and make sure the surface is thoroughly dried before applying Mastercoat rust sealer.

Obviously you wouldn't need to prevent or seal rust on fiberglass, but it will adhere to fiberglass. Just scuff up the surface and apply per the instructions.
These products are not recommended for chrome. For chrome, you are much better off getting them replated. Of course, you can use these coatings on the back of chrome bumpers.

These products have just enough flex to be used successfully on leaf springs, but not on more "traditional" type springs.
